INTRODUCCION

El proceso enseñanza aprendizaje se ve afectado por la utilización del denominado currículo flexible; la diversidad en cuanto al grado de conocimientos adquiridos por los estudiantes de la licenciatura, ocasionado por la diferencia de materias cursadas por unos y otros alumnos que coinciden en un mismo grupo para cursar determinada materia, aunado a la diferencia de edades, cuatrimestres e incluso licenciaturas que convergen en los llamados grupos multidisciplinarios, afectan y dificultan este proceso, obstruyendo la transmisión y asimilación de los conocimientos.

ABSTRACT

The process education learning is affected by the use of denominated flex curriculum; the diversity as far as the degree of knowledge acquired by the students of the degree, caused by the difference of matters skilled by and other students who agree in a same group to attend certain matter, combined to the difference of ages, fourth month periods and even degrees that converge in the calls disciplinary groups, affect and make difficult to this process, obstructing the transmission and assimilation of the knowledge

PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA

¿ La inadecuada utilización del currículo flexible, dificulta el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de la Licenciatura en derecho

OBJETIVO

Demostrar que utilizar de forma inadecuad el currículo flexible obstaculiza el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje

JUSTIFICACION

La inquietud de realizar este trabajo surge tras escuchar comentarios y observar el desenvolvimiento de algunos alumnos en las aulas, escuchar sus necesidades e inquietudes me permitió establecer que aun cuando la realidad social, cultural, laboral pero sobre todo económica de nuestro país ha orillado a implementar el denominado currículo flexible a las instituciones de nivel superior, se ha incurrido en graves errores de aplicación.

HIPOTESIS

El proceso enseñanza aprendizaje se ve dificultado si el currículo flexible es utilizado de manera inapropiada
